Scotch Bonnets have a naturally fruity flavour. Combining this fruitiness with the bold flavours of lime, garlic, scallions, cumin, and cinnamon, makes this jerk sauce a great marinade for poultry, fleshy fish (salmon, kingfish, whole snapper…), and beef.

*The hot sauce and marinades are made fresh in small batches for consistency. They do not contain additives or preservatives. They are made without gluten or nuts, and are excellent for vegan diets.
