Flavour Notes: This paste is about a level nine out of ten on the spicy scale. Like the jerk sauce, it is also full-bodied with notes of ginger, garlic, onions, and pimento coming through. The difference is the paste is ten times more intense than the jerk sauce.
Pairing: Ann-Marie’s Jamaican Jerk Paste is a great marinade for larger cuts of meat such as beef roasts,
briskets, whole chicken or turkey, whole fish, rack of lamb, etc. This paste is also an excellent flavour enhancer
for other marinades, gravies, and a sauce infuser!

*The hot sauce and marinades are made fresh in small batches for consistency. They do not contain additives or preservatives. They are made without gluten or nuts, and are excellent for vegan diets.

Pick-ups are on Tuesdays between 12:00 - 3:00 PM. Please email us at

Returns: Returns are not accepted, under any circumstances.

Refunds: Thirty (30) days to request a refund. Photo proof is required for all refunds.
