As always, we're happy to offer different ways to use jerk sauce in preparing your daily meals. Here we have some delicious roasted vegetables that was seasoned with Ann-Marie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce.
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 °F- 375 °F
- Place vegetables in mid-size bowl
- Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and black pepper. Make sure vegetables are coated with oil, salt & pepper
- Add Jerk sauce and evenly spread over the vegetables
- Sprinkle on thyme
- Place vegetables on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place sheet on middle rack in oven and bake until golden brown
